The database was developed in collaboration with the Richard S. Ziman Center for Real Estate. Since its inception in 1999, the Richard S. Ziman Center for Real Estate (John S. Long, Chairman) has provided the academic and real estate communities with leading economic and demographic research regarding an industry that is rapidly evolving.
